Scope of Collected Data
- The Service allows you to contact the Controller and provide identification and contact details, as well as information contained in your message.
- The Controller also collects data related to your activity, such as time spent on the site, search phrases, number of subpages viewed, date and source of visit.

- If your data was provided in connection with a matter handled by another person who referred the case to the Controller, the source of the data is that person. In such cases, the Controller receives identification, address, and case-related data, such as a description of the matter.

Mandatory or Voluntary Provision of Data
- Providing data for the purpose of handling your matter is voluntary but necessary. Failure to provide data may hinder or prevent consideration of the matter.
- Providing data necessary for statistical analysis of Service Users is voluntary. You may use the so-called incognito mode to browse the site without sharing visit information with the Controller. Using incognito mode, i.e., not providing data, does not affect your ability to use the Service.
Your GDPR Rights Regarding Data Processing
You have the right to:
- request access to your data and obtain a copy (Art. 15 GDPR);
- request rectification or correction of data (Art. 16 GDPR) if inaccurate or incomplete;
- request deleting data (Art. 17 GDPR);

Your data will be processed for the purposes of fulfilling orders and agreements, handling correspondence (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and issuing invoices under tax regulations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). The Controller may also process data to pursue potential claims (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Providing data is voluntary but necessary to fulfill agreements, orders, or issue invoices. If your data was not provided directly to the Controller, it was received from a contractor on whose behalf you act, to the extent necessary for fulfilling contractual arrangements (contact details).
