The idea behind Monit24.pl is simple. We design key paths that the Monit24 system will follow exactly as your customers would. During each scenario run, we verify whether all elements have loaded correctly and on time. Every few minutes, we check the entire process, recording video and saving a HAR analysis. If an error is detected, we’ll notify you by sending complete information and artifacts collected during the test.

Monitoring and analysis
Monitoring is carried out using a web browser from multiple internet locations to ensure that the tested service works correctly from different places and operator connections. In the administration panel, you can review test results, browse availability charts, configure reports and notifications.
Maintenance windows, duty scheduling, or advanced notification escalations – all of this can be managed in the panel or through our mobile app for iOS and Android. You can also automate these processes and retrieve results using our API, compliant with the OpenAPI standard.

We specialize in complex monitoring challenges. From executing full purchase transactions including payment processing, to monitoring banking APIs (XS2A) with transaction execution under PSD2 consent, to scenarios requiring login with scanned QR codes, confirmation in a mobile application, or the use of dedicated certificates and hardware tokens.

Problem
The client required continuous monitoring of the availability of key services such as account login, correct execution of a transfer, and proper functioning of the payment gateway. The challenge was to achieve 100% production environment verification and to control already implemented monitoring tools.
Our solution
We applied the WebAppCheck product, which included replaying the login scenario to a bank account in the production environment and executing a transaction with authorization in the mobile application. Another element was verifying the correct operation of payment gateways by simulating a purchase and login with mobile app authorization in the most popular payment gateways.
Problem
The client needed to simulate store load before launching a Black Friday promotion. The goal was to adjust processing capacity and maximize the effectiveness of marketing campaigns while avoiding any reputational damage.
