What is mobile application
monitoring?

We provide the ability to replay scenarios in mobile applications on devices located in our laboratory. Every action is reproduced exactly as it would be performed by an end user. We enable tracking of processes initiated on desktop and continued on mobile (e.g., MFA, SMS, payments). We replicate the actual process instead of merely monitoring the code.

Testing native mobile applications

As part of Monit24 Mobile services, it is possible to continuously test the proper functioning of mobile applications. This ensures that at any given moment the mobile app correctly communicates with external servers, that the relevant screens load within the required time, and that they contain the expected data. You will be notified about errors as well as anomalies.

Monitoring is carried out using physical devices located across several sites in Poland. These are iOS and Android platforms on devices selected by the client.

Define actions The Monit24 Mobile service enables continuous testing of mobile application functionality according to a predefined scenario. This may range from a simple app launch to executing a complex procedure, such as verifying account history or initiating a payment along with authorization.

Monitor the outcome At every step of the scenario, the system automatically performs the defined actions, measuring how long it takes the application to complete each step and verifying whether the displayed data is correct.
